Payment plan payments requested to be paid?
Tenant understands and agrees that they are financially responsible for payment of the past due balance stated above. Tenant understands and agrees that all past due balances are subject to late fees as per your Residential Lease Agreement. If any payment obligation under this Payment Agreement is not paid when due, the remaining unpaid balance shall become immediately due in full plus any additional fees. All payment plans are subject to Landlord’s approval. Tenant agrees that in the event of default in the payment of any of the past due balance as herein provided, time being of the essence hereof, the Landlord, without notice or demand, may declare the entire amount of this Payment Plan and/or the Lease Agreement, then unpaid and immediately due and payable. Tenant authorizes the Landlord to appear in any court of competent jurisdiction and confess a judgment without process, in favor of the Landlord for such amount as may then appear unpaid hereon, and to consent to immediate execution upon such judgment. Tenant agrees that in the event legal action is taken by the Landlord for violation of any part of the Lease Agreement or this Payment Plant Agreement, the original Lease Agreement automatically terminates within thirty (30) days of the filing. Tenant is hereby notified that a nonpayment, late payment or violation of any of the terms of this Payment Plan or the original Lease Agreement may be submitted/reported to a credit and/or tenant reporting agency, and may create a negative credit record.

This Proposed Payment Plan is not considered accepted by the Ownership until it is emailed back to you with the word "Accepted".
