PLEASE BE ADVISED...PROPERTIES ARE RENTED ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS.

ALL ADULTS AGE 18 OR OVER MUST APPLY, MEET OR EXCEED THE MINIMUM RENTAL CRITERIA SET BY THE OWNERSHIP AND BE ON THE LEASE.

THE MINIMUM RENTAL CRITERIA SET BY THE OWNERSHIP FOR EACH PROPERTY CAN BE FOUND IN THE MARKETING INFORMATION FOR EACH PROPERTY.

WE ARE CONDUCTING SELF SHOWINGS ONLY AT THIS TIME. PLEASE FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW IN ORDER TO SET UP A SELF SHOWING.

STEP 1-Complete Pre-screening Form with ALL information requested. Failure to provide ALL requested information may result in delays or your inability to rent the property

STEP 2-We will respond (typically within 24-48 hours) to each Pre-screening Form with one of the following responses: Approval to conduct a self-showing/Reason why you do not qualify for the property/Additional questions.

STEP 3-IF YOU ARE APPROVED FOR A SELF-SHOWING AN EMAIL WILL BE SENT TO YOU WITH A LINK. PLEASE FOLLOW THE LINK. YOU WILL THEN BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT VERIFICATION TO ATTEND THE SHOWING.

STEP 4-We will then confirm your information and approve your showing. After the showing if you are interested in applying please email us and we will send you a link to the application.
