This form has been created to help expedite Agent/Broker referrals: *
Please complete the following form. A copy of the completed form will be emailed to you for your records. Upon submission of this form we will contact you to confirm receipt. We will then contact your client and walk them through the leasing and management process to see if we can help them. If the your client signs on with we will provide you with a one time referral fee worth fifty percent (50%) of the initial leasing commission within seven (7) to ten (10) business days after the commission is paid by the landlord.
