WE ARE CONDUCTING SELF SHOWINGS ONLY AT THIS TIME. PLEASE FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW IN ORDER TO SET UP A SELF SHOWING.
STEP 1-Complete Pre-screening Form with ALL information requested. Failure to provide ALL requested information may result in delays or your inability to rent the property.
STEP 2-We will respond (typically within 24-48 hours) to each Pre-screening Form with one of the following responses: Approval to conduct a self-showing/Reason why you do not qualify for the property/Additional questions
STEP 3-If you are approved for a self-showing an email will be sent to you with a link. Please follow the link. You will then be required to submit verification to attend the showing.
STEP 4-We will then confirm your information and approve your showing. After the showing if you are interested in applying please email us and we will send you a link to the application.
