1. Please email any and all questions about the application process to 4832@eliterps.com BEFORE submitting the application as FAILURE TO FOLLOW ALL DIRECTIONS IN THE APPLICATION WILL RESULT IN ALL MONIES BEING FORFEITED AND YOUR APPLICATION BEING DENIED.

2. Each occupant age eighteen (18) or over must submit a separate rental application. All applications for all occupants must be submitted within 24 hours of each other.

3. Only one (1) application may be filled out per property per person. If your application is denied for any reason you cannot apply again. Application fees of any additional applications submitted for the same property by the same person are automatically forfeited.

4. YOU MUST UPLOAD ALL SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS IN PDF FORMAT AT THE SAME TIME YOU FILL OUT THIS APPLICATION. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN ALL MONIES BEING FORFEITED AND YOUR APPLICATION BEING DENIED.

INCOME VERIFICATION (USA income sources only)
*If you are a W2 Employee-Three (3) most recent pay stubs or
*If you are a 1099 Independent Contractor or any other type of income other than W2 income-Three (3) most recent years of notarized tax returns
-Social Security-Annual award letter
-Death Benefits-Annual award letter

Additional Things to Know:

If you apply your credit score will be pulled from Experian. That credit score will be used, no others.

Upon acceptance please see your tenant ledger for an itemized list of all monies due.
