The Tenant is responsible for any damage to the property or unit caused by moving property.

The Tenant is responsible for any damage to any appliances caused by moving.

The Tenant hereby releases the Landlord, the Landlord's Agent, the Property Manager and all others from any injury or liability associated with moving the property.

If installing a new appliance it must be properly installed by a licensed and insured vendor.

This form must be filled out and returned to ELITE Rental Properties Inc. BEFORE entering the property or moving any property takes place
